10% discount for repetitive stays! Only for weekly stays if not more than 3 years from the last visit passed with exception of X-mas and New Year periods.  

Special discounts for longer than one week stays and for the low seasons negotiable. Discounts do not cumulate.

No cash - bank fund transfers only! (except for refundable damage deposit). Advance payment 50% of the total price excl. tourist taxes due 5 days after booking. The balance due 10 days prior to the arrival date.
